Our team

Do you know what the secret to our success is? We have an amazing team of staff and volunteers who keep our range of projects going and ensure that everything runs efficiently.

We really could not do it without their dedication!

Ry Hobbs

Founder and Head of Operations

Aged 19, Ry took it upon himself to establish Prisma Group CIC in 2023 as he felt that there were too little provisions for LGBTQ+ young people throughout the county of Buckinghamshire.

Prior to creating Prisma and all of our associated projects, Ry has volunteered and worked with young people ranging from 4 to 23 years old on and off since 2018, collecting numerous contacts and a variety of experience within the voluntary community sector. Alongside this, Ry was a part of the county-wide youth forum Youth Voice Bucks. This provided him with a vast amount of experience with youth participation.

When he is not working, he can be found binging the latest series on Netflix or adding to his immense Power Rangers collection.

Alistair Marston

Director of Events

I have lived in Aylesbury for over 5 years and am passionate about getting involved with all local communities.

I have worked for 12 years within the corporate events sector, as well as volunteering for various event causes including being Events Director for Prisma! I am passionate about passing these skills onto the next generation and empowering them for their future.

In 2023 I started my own not for profit: Aylesbury Community Pride, with the aim to boost empathy, visibility and celebration of the local LGBTQ+ community.

I am dog Dad to two crazy spaniels and I married my husband Rob in 2023. I usually have my nose in a book - Margaret Atwood being my all time favourite writer.

Dina Robinson

Loud & Proud Facilitator

Dina is a vibrant femme from Serbia, who has made the UK her home and the world her stage. She would discribe herself as a femminist-in-progress and her passions include long stretches of browsing the fantasy section at Waterstones, archiving the queer movements of the past, being a good ally to her trans sisters, and most importantly- eating all the pistachio ice-cream she can find.
